Keyforce Club Special Christmas Gala

Visited Keyforce Club Christmas Gala this Tuesday. I regard this is one of the privileges that the district officers can experience. Keyforce club kindly invite the district officers, Area Director and Division Director, to their semiannual events.

This time, it was so special. The reason was that the founder, DTM Ann Sado Hojo, joined their meeting as the first time in these two years. 18 years ago, she established Keyforce Club, pursuing to expand and enhance women's leadership, when much less diversity and inclusion were talked in society.

She has been the true pioneer and admirable leader in Japan.

今週の火曜日に、キーフォース・クラブのクリスマス・ガーラを訪れました。これはディストリクト役員が経験できる特権の一つです。 Keyforceクラブは、エリアディレクター、ディビジョンディレクターを半年ごとのイベントに招待してくださいます。

今回はとても特別なパーティでした。その理由は創設者のDTM Ann Sado Hojoさんがこの2年間で初めてクラブミーティングに参加されたからです。 18年前、彼女は、女性のリーダーシップを拡大し、強化することを追求し、Keyforceクラブを設立されました。当時は、社会における多様性と包括性が語られることははるかに少なかった時代です。彼女は日本における真のパイオニアであり、賞賛されるべきリーダーです。
